But what to do there is no full-time responsibilities for each?

 

The solution is simple: look at people with wide experience.
Bonus: it is likely to be entrepreneurial.

Thus you won't need to worry whether your newcomers slack off.

BUT FIRST - HERE IS THE HARD TRUTH

Everybody lies in the employment market.​

  • Employers tell how everything is perfect in their company (it isn't).

  • Employees appropriate contributions of others, overestimates their achievements, etc.

How does a Russian proverb says, if you don't cheat - you won't sell?
This practice is disgustful. 

 

That is why here you will 2 CVs: to the left - one ordinary ("like everybody"), to the right - another one with a real narrative. If you are interested in a real person, look at the latter.

The former is useful to compare with others (but don't forget that you don't see the other side). And to evaluate my presentation abilities to formulate without cheating.

At mobile devices, CVs are displayed block by block rather than side by side.

Achievements

  • 2009-2012, growing market: doubling revenue and profit three years in a row (8x overall),

  • 2013-2014, mature market with increasing competition: sales and profit growth by 40%-raise of revenue per item, 20%-raise of a lead-to-sale rate,

  • 2015-, declining market: further 20%-raise of a lead-to-sale rate, raise of a profit-to-revenue rate

Overall:

  • total 2,2B RUR of deals run by the system (all commercial, no budgetary expenditures)

  • Over 500 000 cubic meters of concrete

  • Over 10 000 construction sites

 

2008-2009

MOSCOW ANTI-INCINERATION MOVEMENT, COORDINATOR

Achievement: several incineration plants in Moscow were not built (plan canceled).

What was done: several outdoor activities and a child drawing exhibition were organized and held, posters and t-shirts of the movement were printed, we also took part in joined rallies

Remarkable: carried out a local viral campaign (1000 subscribers in a day, 7000 in a month, etc.) in a town with 200,000 citizens before the foundation/growth of change.org and avaaz.org.
